Our History
Founded in 1981 by Beau Vinton, Commonwealth Construction Company (CCC) is built on a foundation of integrity and excellence. In a testament to our strategic long range planning for growth and continuity, the company was later purchased by long-time employees Michael J. Rosaio and William J. Booth. Under their experienced leadership, CCC has successfully delivered hundreds of landmark projects throughout Delaware, as well as neighboring counties in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Their expertise spans preconstruction planning, project management, and client relations, ensuring every project is delivered with quality, efficiency, and accountability. They are committed to fostering strong partnerships and maintaining the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.
