Brandywine Towne Center Medical Office
The partners of Naaman’s Properties LLC selected Commonwealth Construction as the CM to construct this 23,000 G.S.F. 2 story Medical Office Building along the Rt 202 corridor and the Brandywine Town Center. The project required intense coordination with utility providers to bring water under Naaman’s Rd to the site and moving Delmarva Power poles located within the construction footprint. MEP was completed under a design build agreement, with CCC coordinating all aspects of the multi-tenant metering and construction methodology.
