Commonwealth managed the $8.6 million development across 17 acres, including an Administration Building, two Motor Vehicle Inspection Buildings, an interchange with a major highway, and extensive traffic control lanes and parking. The team coordinated the work of more than 50 subcontractors and vendors while navigating the requirements of three separate clients, federal oversight, residential neighbors, and environmentally sensitive wetlands. Through rigorous subcontractor selection, detailed coordination, and strict quality control, Commonwealth ensured each phase met contract requirements and completed the complex project on an aggressive schedule and to exacting specifications.
